  • Customer Success Manager

    We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Customer Success Manager who will bring a passion for helping customers achieve success with a view to creating and building long-lasting relationships.

    What you’ll need for this position:

    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Self-starter who is resourceful and knows how to get things done
    • At least 3 years of experience in a CSM/BDM/Account Manager or similar management role, preferably in SaaS
    • Demonstrated ability to own & implement relationship management & customer onboarding strategies and targets
    • A history of leading & training a team that loves working with you to achieve success for customers and the company
    • General knowledge of digital marketing and a passion to learn more
    • Bring every day to work an attitude to go above and beyond for your customers and your team.
