For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Vision6 (ABN 23 099 766 499) of registered office address: 230 Brunswick Street, Level 6, Vision6 HQ, Transport House, Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006.
The “Prize” refers to the prize pack as detailed below under “Prize”.
To enter the competition an entrant must:
- Be a new Vision6 customer (ie. do not have a current paid Vision6 account)
- Attend the Marketing Live 2023 event on March 20 to 21, 2023 and visit Vision6 Meet Up Cafe
- Entrants must enter details by scanning in through the Vision6 Lead Scanner or by entering their details in the competition landing page form accessible through QR Code or https://www.vision6.com.au/resources/vision6-competition-marketing-live/
- Entrants must create a Vision6 trial account from March 20 to March 24, 2023 to be in the running. Please note that an entry will not be valid if the entrant did not create a trial account between March 20 to 24, 2023.
- The winner will be announced after the event on March 28, 2023, Tuesday. The winner will be contacted via email.
Only one (1) entry is allowed per person.
The Prize
Vision6 Quick Start Package with a value of $1495, and a Free Pro-Marketer account for 3 Months (value starting at $297). The total minimum value of the prize is $1,792 ex GST.

*Important note: After the third month, the winner may choose to retain their Vision6 account but will thereafter pay the monthly pricing plan fee, depending on the account’s number of contacts. The winner may choose to downgrade their plan from Pro-Marketer to Business or Starter at any time after the 3 months. The winner may also cancel their account at any time after the 3 months by letting the Vision6 team know in writing at support@vision6.com.au.
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 5pm (AEDT) Friday 24th March 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
One (1) winner will be randomly selected by The Promoter on Monday 27th March 2023.
The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The full name, company, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable the fulfilment of the Prize. The winner must be willing and available to liaise with the Promoter to arrange Prize details and information.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has eligibly entered as detailed above using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles, blogs and associated websites of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
