Welcome to the Freycinet Coast Tasmania
The Freycinet Coast and Maria Island Region offers some of the most spectacular locations in Tasmania. Due to its sheltered location it is the state’s playground, where locals and visitors relax and enjoy a traditional holiday of sun, surf and sand. The Freycinet Coast stretches from Bicheno in the north, to Buckland in the south. This region includes the world famous Freycinet National Park - home to Wineglass Bay, The Douglas Apsley National Park, just north of Bicheno and The Maria Island National Park towards the south near Orford and Triabunna. The Maria Island National Park is accessible by the ferry from Triabunna.
We hope this site gives you some insight into the wonders of the Freycinet Coast and Maria Island Region and we hope to see you here soon.
